This website

When you book a demo or ask about pricing we collect your name, company, work email, the size of your fleet and, if you give it, a phone number. We use them only to answer your enquiry and follow it up. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in answering your request. We keep an enquiry for two years from the day we receive it, then delete it automatically. If you become a customer, your account is covered by the platform’s own privacy notice.

This site sets no cookies unless you choose to allow measurement. Your choice is remembered in your own browser. See the cookie policy.

The Roadworthy platform

Operators and their transport managers use Roadworthy to keep the maintenance, driver and inspection records that UK operator licensing requires. It holds fleet records (vehicles, inspections, defects, MOT and tax dates, documents), driver records (names, licence categories and expiry dates, Driver CPC and tachograph card dates, walkaround checks) and account details (the name and email used to sign in).

Each operator’s records belong to that operator. Under UK GDPR the operator is the controller of its fleet records and Roadworthy processes them on the operator’s behalf. Drivers and staff whose details appear in an operator’s records should contact that operator first.

What we do not do

• We never sell or share data with advertisers.
• No tracking across other apps or websites, and no advertising identifiers.
• Operators are sealed from one another: one operator’s people cannot see another operator’s records.

Where data is kept

Your data is stored on our own server in the EU, and encrypted in transit. Every change is recorded in an audit trail.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, for it to be corrected or erased, or object to how it is used. Contact info@loganlogistics.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
