Daily walkaround checks
A laminated QR card in every cab opens that vehicle’s pre-use check on the driver’s own phone. No app to install, no account to remember.

Safety inspections, brake tests, tachograph calibration, MOT and tax on one forward calendar, with notice early enough to book the slot.

“Continuous & Effective” gathers the week’s evidence against the duties in Statutory Document No. 3. Some duties are evidenced automatically; the rest the transport manager attests. Exceptions need a written answer. Then it is signed and frozen.
